Keystone carried out the investigation to find the source of the leaks. Then, the design practitioner was engaged by the owner's corporation to create the scope of works and regulated designs. Work included the demolition of all the tiles, tile bed and removal of spa. The structural concrete slab was waterproofed using sheet membrane, which was then flood tested for a week to ensure no leaking.
Followed by the installation of new tile bed, waterproofed again and finally, the installation of non-slip tiles, chosen by the owner's corporation.
