Building is situated on a high-wind area, causing the top floor, South-facing units were badly affected by heavy rainfall and windy conditions due to leaking cladding, sliding doors, windows and leaking balcony.
Solution
Remove cladding from side of building, remove tiles and tile bed from balcony, remove sliding doors and windows, install new water-tight and fire compliant cladding, install new compliant sliding doors and windows, waterproof balconies, install new tiling, re-paint externally and repair all internal consequential damage.
